The MALE ALLIES IN FINTECH is a quarterly interview series by LADIES iN FINTECH. It features interviews of male allies who have successfully built gender-balanced teams. At LADIES iN FINTECH, we want to acknowledge that while some men continue to contribute to gender inequality, others are trying to do the right thing. We want to elevate profiles of the latter with the hope of inspiring other men to follow suit. We strongly believe that partnering with men is integral to making progress. We cannot claim to value inclusiveness and at the same time exclude all men from the gender equality dialogue.
